Gift Cards

Yes, our gift cards have a minimum value of $10 and a maximum value of $250 per card.

At this time we are unable to accept any method of payment besides credit card. Alternative payment methods are available at Culver’s locations.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

We’re sorry but all gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, then a new transaction will be required.

Some email systems and browsers are set to block images and pop-ups which can prevent a recipient from receiving their Gift Card email. Please click on the ‘via web browser’ link which is located in the upper right hand corner of the email. Also, check to ensure the pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled; this is typically a yellow box of text just below the browser tabs.

Expect 2 business days for processing of the order. Keep in mind that orders are not processed on weekends. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on the business day following the day the order was placed. All FedEx orders placed after noon CST will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed with USPS First Class Mail as the shipping method are fulfilled the following business day. PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 10 business days to receive orders shipped via USPS.

We cannot update shipping addresses for orders that have shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) and have left the fulfillment facility. Please contact your local FedEx office for possible pick-up options. If you are unable to claim the package at your local FedEx office, the order will be returned to the fulfillment center and forwarded to the updated address.

Online orders are not available for shipment to Canada.

Online gift card orders for plastic cards received by 12pm CST are processed the following business day. Our basic shipping method is regular mail and we allow 10 business days for arrival before reissuing an order.

Culver’s Gift Cards can be used at any participating Culver’s restaurant. Please visit our site at www.culvers.com to find the closest restaurant near you.

Culver’s gift cards are only valid in the United States.

No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.
