Wisconsin is widely known as a state that crafts some of the best cheese in the world, and for Culver’s, it was only natural to incorporate these mouthwatering flavors into a limited-time Pub Burger: the Wisconsin Big Cheese.
We layer onto this burger three types of real Wisconsin cheese. Melty Havarti cheese makes its debut on the Culver's menu, alongside classic American and Cheddar cheese. "Havarti is a mild cheese with a nice buttery aroma and a little bit of sweetness," explained Craig Culver. "These subtly sweet notes pair well with the richness of our ButterBurger® beef."
