My Favorite Curd-stellations
Stargazing is one of my favorite hobbies, so I figured it was time to share some of my favorite curd-stellations and a few tips for novice stargazers. Grab a blanket and find the perfect spot to lie down and look up into the night sky. These curd-stellations are definitely worth it!
The Big Cheddar
The Big Cheddar is probably the most popular on my list, because you can see it year-round and it’s a distant relative to The Big Dipper. It’s really easy to spot, but it looks like a tasty block of cheese so you might get pretty hungry while you’re gazing up at this curd-stellation.
Curd Nerd tip: Bring some snacks if you’re setting out to see The Big Cheddar (trust me on this one).
Wisconstellation
Up next, Wisconstellation. This one holds a special place in my heart, because it’s shaped like my home state. This one is a little more difficult to find, but when you spot it you’ll know!
Curd Nerd tip: Don’t forget your camera! Wisconstellation’s stars shine extra bright.
Curdis’ Belt
Last but not least, we have Curdis’ Belt. This curd-stellation is my favorite for many reasons – but especially because we share a name! To see it, you’re going to want to find a nice spot to lie down in the grass and look up. Some even say it looks like the famous constellation Orion! It’s kind of hard to miss the bright outline of Curdis’ Belt, but if you have trouble finding it in the night sky just search for the four bright stars forming an arrow pointing up. Curd Nerd tip: Bring a soft blanket to cozy up with while you stargaze, because Curdis’ Belt is best viewed during the chillier months of the year!
So, what are you waiting for? Grab your friends and give stargazing a go. If you snap any great photos, be sure to share them on Instagram and tag me at @curdisthecurd so I can see them too. And if you still can’t get enough of the stars, this quiz will give you a mouth-watering horoscope!
