Applicant will be the operator maintaining a minimum of 50 percent ownership in the operating business entity or 25 percent in the business and real estate.

Applicant has available and access to a minimum of $300,000 in liquid funds for investment in the business.
Applicant is able to attend an intense 16-week training school in Wisconsin once a franchise agreement has been signed.
